Can the global GUI size be set to any value ?
I want to set from 105% to 112%

I think you can just drag-resize then 'save as default settings'. It should open up like you left it

Changing the window size only changes the margin.
Can you enlarge the size of font and picture-parts well?

The free Plugins’ GUI cannot be resized unless you purchase a license. You can change the style and size of the UI with licensed plugins.

Then no; the available sizes are those in the list.

Just a thought: you could get the Textured Style Editor (Windows only), load a factory Style and resize the images yourself by 10% or so (or replace them by your own images). It would take a bit of work

but you would end up with exactly the size you want.
