I also had my fair share with "hip hop and edm producers" who were asking if I could ghost-produce them... or some were asking for a mastering and thought the only thing who stands between them and their big success was a good mastering (who magicly makes their badly produced music into good stuff) 
And yes I agree, Youtube is such an amazing learning tool.
I (probably like you) am not in the buisness for fame (unlike a lot of preset and sample pack using producers)... I`m in the buisness to get experience and unlock the secrets of the art... because when you accumulate more and more knowledge about a thing/field... this gives you the opportuinty to explore realms normal people can´t. The more you know, the more likly it becomes that less and less people experienced the same as you did. e.g. only few skiing professionals know how it feels to ride down the slope with +150 km/h.. this gives them the opportunity to unlock secrets and share them with their sponsors to help to improve the skiing gear for all hobby skiers... same reason I think we are all here, and try to help devs to improve their products by sending FR and Bug-reports.
