Thorn is very hard, digital sounding. Great for techno, psytrance, etc. One of my favorites for basses.
Thanks, that helps me to skip it. :tu:
Beautiful pads are also possible and everything else because of the pristine clear sound quality with spectral synthesis, PWM, RM and FM. :hihi:
I see what you did there. ;) But I have convinced myself not to buy it. Going strong this month. :hihi:

My deepest respect because i was to weak and couldn't resist for $25..
Whoever wants music instead of noise, joy instead of pleasure, soul instead of gold, creative work instead of business, passion instead of foolery, finds no home in this trivial world of ours.

I mostly write rock/pop and use those pads all the time. They sound great. I bought this before Dmtry went with PA, I'm sad he will now see only cents of every purchase, oh well...

Haha, I get it. If I was the same as I was in last month, I would have bought it in a jiffy. :D Trying to bring a change. Will only get something that is truly awesome and it is on a rare sale, but I will still try to resist. :borg:

It does sound great, but I am already getting confused with so many instruments I have. :( I remember how some time ago I did not have so many things and I could complete music faster. I am finding it a little challenging to manage it, so I must control and :help: myself.

I know man, having too many options becomes creative blockage. One of the best things about changing to a new system was the clean up I did, particularly about synths. I'm sticking to a few of them and I did not install a lot of them I own. Simply, they did not add anything new, and I'm not a synth abuser either. I even have a $49 offer from Arturia to get Pigments, but I'll pass, I truly don't need anymore synths. Same goes with all the compressors and eqs I have accumulated over the years. I ended up installing basically about 15%-20% of them. And most importantly: I don't miss any of the ones I didn't reinstalled.

So if I buy the Fender 2 collection from a 3rd party vendor (for example JRR Shop at $39) and wait to register the serial until the summer group buy, I guess it would count for the $149 tier (assuming IK doesn't lower the non-sale price by then)... tempting.

I think we need a derivative market for plugins. Options, futures, ... a lot of untapped GAS potential.

Do they tend to have a group most years then?

Last summer and summer before that they did. It was good for Tracks5 but I rarely use them. I am finding that if you own a pro DAW, all the mixing and mastering tools you need are already included. The only things I every use is the Tape Emulators

What is the consensus on Black Rooster Audio products? I heard that their licenses were NFRs, did they ever fix that?
