The wavetable module doesn't use samples. It can create wavetables from samples, but it doesn't actually load samples. Just create a wavetable however you like and then use the banks mode.

I think you're missing something. It's easy to create a drop down selector and change wavetables in a device. I show how to do it in the video.

No problem. Its really useful. I've already created a pad device that lets you switch wavetables. Try it with other modules like the modal filter or even the EQ. There are a lot of cool things you can do with it.
