I heard another top German dev is at work on an Oberheim synth.

It would be cool in u-he could do a Matrix 12 tribute a la Repro. That would be awesome!

Unfortunetly awesome doesnt always mean income as these companies have to spend alot of recources to make that happen. Also if you mean by Synapse that means competition, so the price has to be set competitive and u-he already have uncounted lost sales to Synapse because of not being first but also being good aswel.

Good point...although, I don't believe that Synapse is doing a Matrix 12 emulation. Rumors say it is a OB-Xa. Arturia is the only Matrix 12 emulation I am aware of.

I am sure they will be on the back burner given the huge tasks in front of them.

As much as I like their emulations most of the time i prefer zebra, hive and bazille

FilterscapeVA looks interesting but I can’t click with the old GUI. Will wait till it gets some love.

Has u-he really lost sales due to the legend?
They don’t seem in such direct competition...

There are enough Oberheim emus that are Fine enough!

Agreed The Legend Repro and Diva are differant Synths and are not Comparable definitely not in functionality, structure or sound
