can not click accept at terms and conditions

Hello every one,
i'm using Tracktion since T5 under Windows. Now i'm going to change the OS to Ubuntu Studio 19.04.
I've installed T7 as well, but when starting it i have to accept Terms and Conditions and here is the problem. I'm bot able to click "accept" in the window. The button change color by moving the muse cover it, but i can not do anything lese. No scrolling in the window, no click, nothing. Has anyone an Idea what's going on? Im using an Lenovo Ideapad y580 with switchable graphisch and 4GB RAM.
