in the last couple of years there was a "public beta", in which all users could participate.

Yes. Previous public betas started early in January.

I imagine the OSX Catalina compatibility thing for TSC probably has them a little behind on Waveform11 beta ? ... Just think they have to do this for the plugins like Biotek , Retromods , etc etc
