Ah forgot you won the compo and thus would've got the license a different way - Maybe just give the man a polite email nudge, maybe he's just forgotten or the batch of serials for press/compo winners etc. are ordered as a separate batch ...

Just a typo in the email adress when the licence was sent the first time, due to a hasty c/p probably. People who have never made a typo will throw the first stone Also, therefore, no intention.
