It looks the same as on version 2.8.

Probably the previous guy was using version prior to that, would explain why he is so amazed.

They are indeed minor changes in the preset tab (folders icons).
But Not sure if this is what caught your eye.

Hi, I own most of the the great U-he synths, and I have a question about Zebra, is the ZebraHZ better and more advanced than Zebra, or is just a special Hans Zimmer version a kind of Zebra lite, and can owners of the original Zebra get ZebraHZ without buying the The Dark Zebra presets?
Thanks for making those great synths, I could do all my music with just Zebra alone.

Yes, ZebraHZ is like Zebra2 with extra features.

You get ZebraHZ with The Dark Zebra pack, they're tied together, and you need Zebra2 to use them.

ZebraHZ is a free upgrade for The Dark Zebra owners. It started out as Hans Zimmer's custom Zebra2.5 which included several extra features: analogue filter models based on those in u-he Diva; a resonator like in the Polymoog; X/Y pads as regular modulation sources; polyphonic compressors per lane of the main grid. To handle all these extras, also double the number of mod-mappers and modulation matrix slots.
The Distortion modules, the plate reverb NuRev, the Fold wavefolder modules and the new searchable browser are all described in the Zebra2.8 user guide.

I'd prefer buying it as a little cheaper (50€?) "upgrade" without the preset pack as well. Maybe at V3.0?

Thanks I've read it, so its installed alongside Zebra2 and transferred together with my license it says, but I can't find it no where.
