BR: (Solved user error) Waveform10 armed input jumps to different track

Gosh this is got to be one of the most annoying bugs ever and on the most recent W10 build it never behaved like this in the past .. Example . I have an armed stereo mic input on track1 with aux send1 , ok track2 (reverb buss) have the aux return1 and Valhalla vintage verb . So when I play my acoustic guitar and go to adjust the reverb plugin my armed input jumps from track1 to track2
when click on Valhalla vintage verb .. boy this has me screaming ...

I think it's because you've got "Default audio device follows selection" set in the right click menu on the inputs

Thanks a bunch stupid me , I have no idea how I got that check , I unchecked it along with the midi follow as well .
