Yeah, I'm wondering the same. The installer we use is super popular. Should be fixed some day.JamminFool wrote: Thu Jan 30, 2020 6:37 amthis has been what every installer from u-he looks like for me. i always wondered why it was never fixed.dorremifasol wrote: Tue Jan 28, 2020 4:52 pm Cheers, Urs. I think you should update the installer to work correctly with 4k screens. It's probably related to system text size, which I have at 175%.

The plugin needs mouse focus for the menus to actually work.fladd wrote: Wed Jan 29, 2020 10:38 pm Just tried Zebra and ZebraHZ on MacOS (Reaper and Renoise), and unfortunately the entries in the context menus that you get by left (preset list) and right (mode menu) clicking on the current present name, do not have any effect in either of the two synths.
One fix we did in the menus led to this behaviour. We discovered that it's a known Apple quirk.
After loading or opening the plugin GUI, click somewhere in the GUI to make sure the plugin has mouse focus. Then the menus will work.

It's actually keyboard focus that needs to be sent explicitly to the plugin in order for that menu to work with the mouse, for some reason. Just verified this in Renoise. After sending keyboard focus to it, it works.tasmaniandevil wrote: Thu Jan 30, 2020 9:32 amThe plugin needs mouse focus for the menus to actually work.fladd wrote: Wed Jan 29, 2020 10:38 pm Just tried Zebra and ZebraHZ on MacOS (Reaper and Renoise), and unfortunately the entries in the context menus that you get by left (preset list) and right (mode menu) clicking on the current present name, do not have any effect in either of the two synths.

I found out that in studio one, when doing automation on diva ( cutoff , the only thing i tried),it behaves weird...it wobbles fast when the automation is in motion. In reaper it works great.

For those using both Z2 and ZHZ with the same preset folder structure is there a way to copy marked favorites from one to another to save having to do it twice ? Would it be as easy as just copying the complete patch folder from one over to the other ?

There’s some kind of import/export feature for favourites, but I haven’t used it yet. Might be in the user guide?

Version : 9724
Could it be that "single" in restart LFO voice does not restart the LFO wave ?
From the pdf
single : similar to sync, but restarts at the next note after all notes are released

You can export and import favourites, but you cannot import favourites from one plugin to another plugin, sorry.jamiescryin wrote: Fri Jan 31, 2020 5:49 pm For those using both Z2 and ZHZ with the same preset folder structure is there a way to copy marked favorites from one to another to save having to do it twice ?

But which Linux, which plugin, which host?
Seems to work fine on Mac when I tried it quickly with Hive.

You are right, the LFO in single mode seems to be free running.
Totally not sure if it always behaved like that, or if it's a new issue.
Will check that out in more detail next week.
Thanks for noticing.

Well I have got a (old) version that took advantage of the retrigger LFO so, once upon a time it worked like it shouldtasmaniandevil wrote: Sat Feb 01, 2020 10:27 am

Potential ZebraHZ bug: the Env1 label is missing some of the time. To reproduce:
1. Launch ZebraHZ
2. Go the Presets page
3. Load the Bombers Over Berlin preset
4. Go back to the Synth page and look at Env1
Result: "Env1" label is missing.
5. Load the Alternator Flute preset
6. Go back to the Synth page and look at Env1
Result: "Env1" label is there.
7. Load the "Breathing Bright" preset and repeat
Result: "Env 1" is missing.
8. "Cat Appeal" has the label, "Chug 3" doesn't, etc.
This is on Rev 9709, VST2, Windows 10, Reaper 6.03.
