Can you guys please help me to set up a template in ACE where I can do Juno 60 Type Synthwave and Italo disco bass. Even if I can do a fair replication of the popular Flatline polysix type bass that would be great. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

This is probably stating the obvious, but: have you tried Tyrell? It's probably the closest thing to the Juno in the U-he collection outside of the Diva templates.

I have and love Tyrell, I just thought i would like to learn do this in ACE as I think ACE has a certain vibe and core sound that would suit my request and wanna show some Love for ACE

I'm curious about this patch design as wel, I want to spend more time with Ace. I seem to only get not so musical sounds out if it (I'm likely not doing it right)

The way I've got one set up is with VCO1 set to square, VCO2 to saw and the VCO Mix output routed to lower (VCF1) filter* with a cable, then take the HP output of that with a cable and send it to the upper filter (VCF2), which sends by default the low-pass filter output to VCA1 at the top (and which is controlled by ADSR1). You then need a cable from ADSR1 to VCF1's envelope control to have just the one envelope for amp and filter.
For LFO input to the oscillators and main filter, I think you're better off sticking with LFO2 because it's the default for VCO1's PWM and the filters. To get the routing of the Juno into the oscillator pitch, take LFO2's output to the gain block below and cable that to the LFO inputs of both VCOs. This gives you one knob to control the LFO to all the oscillators. VCO Mix with the separate Sub volume doesn't quite behave the same way as the independent sliders on a Juno, but you should be able to create the same kinds of settings by fiddling with gain into the filters and the output.
I think that's it. I've probably forgotten something. Also, it's a matter of taste as to whether the built-in chorus gives you what you want. But for disco bass, it should do the job.
* I don't think it really matters which round you do this: I just found it easier to adapt the default preset this way to a Juno-like way of working.

I'll try it! I feel ACE would excel at those italo sequences too but I only tend to hear 0s and1s computer talk

One thing I forgot to mention that’s handy for bass sounds is that you can switch the amp envelope to a gate (as used on the Juno) by clicking on the box that says ADSR1 in the output box at the top.

Not sure if ACE is the best way to go for these sounds. or one thing the juno osc is a single osc with multiple waveforms affecting the shape. So you either need that type of osc or a sync between two oscs to keep the phase exactly the same so when you layer a square and saw for example, the act like a single waveform. Not sure if ACE allows this (I don't have it). The filter character is another thing, of course the juno has the roland character, which is quite nice in the resonance. ACE may not have been meant to sound like that.
Lastly, make sure to get yourself a chorus that can nail the juno chorus: I suggest either the free TAL Chorus or the also free OSL Chorus.

Copy the Juno 60 limitations. Off the top of my head...
* The Juno only had one oscillator plus sub, so I would only use oscillator 1. It has everything required.
* Only use LFO2 (for PWM, vibrato...)
* Route VCF1 HP into VCF2 and use the output 2 (only).
* Set ADSR1 as a soft Gate and use ADRS2 by default in output 2.
* Homework: Studying the Juno 60 panel, figure out how to route LFO2 and ADRS2. Might need multiplexes.
* Add plenty of Chorus 2 then adjust EVERTHING to taste e.g. add some noise, sub.
