BT is a good hype man. at least he didn't say "game changer" or "take your productions to the next level".
i wonder if breaktweaker is getting an update too? i doubt it.

Great news. I haven't been updating any of my iZo products or buying new iZo plugins in recent times, but I would def be very happy about updates for SE, BT and maybe Iris...

Just when I thought I own all iZotope products

But I thought he'd broken ties with Izotope. Stutter Edit 2 might happen, but it might be a totally new product, with a totally new company. No updates
Or did I dream all of that?

BT in CM278: Complexity is mainstream. Stutter Edit Two is just about finished and, for sure, we are digging deep into sound with that baby. Get ready for levels of complexity that are through the roof, and ease of use that is through the floor. We’re doing things that have never been done before. It’s f***ing ridiculous and I love it!.dayjob wrote: Thu Feb 06, 2020 3:38 am BT is a good hype man. at least he didn't say "game changer" or "take your productions to the next level".![]()

Even if SE2 turns out to be lacklustre I'm still glad it's supposed to be getting an update. I thought it was end of life software, happy to be proved wrong.
As someone else said, I'd love to see a new version of Trash. It's still the best distortion I own, and I have many.

Tried it once and it crashed my project. Guess I should give it another shot then.Steve Bolivar wrote: Thu Feb 06, 2020 12:24 pm+1Kongru wrote: Thu Feb 06, 2020 10:51 am As someone else said, I'd love to see a new version of Trash. It's still the best distortion I own, and I have many.

Try both the VST2 and VST3 versions. Some hosts play nice with one but not the other. Ttacktion Waveform which has like zero tolerance for plugins that don't comply with the VST code of conduct doesn't even have problems with it. Hopefully it was just a one off crash.

I think there's a reason some of us thought that. I'm also pretty sure that were BT to be working with Izotope on an update, he wouldn't be allowed to mention it on a podcast

BT's not really the type to make stuff like that up.el-bo (formerly ebow) wrote: Thu Feb 06, 2020 12:32 pmI think there's a reason some of us thought that. I'm also pretty sure that were BT to be working with Izotope on an update, he wouldn't be allowed to mention it on a podcast![]()
