How do I add/adjust predelay for convolution reverb presets?
Do the preset names include information about source and mic placement that will help determine spatial impact?

MConvolutionEZ does not have an adjustable Pre-delay (the bigger MConvolutionMB does). The preset names describe the space but there is no other info.
It is designed to load IRs quickly and try them out until you find a suitable one. You can load others by clicking [Custom path] and browsing to them and mark some as "Favourites".

Thanks. I'll check out MB. The present names are necessarily cryptic and often not useful. I pick presets by listening.

MUtility has a delay function. If you're using a send, I think you could use that before MConvolution.
If you did this as an insert, directly on a track, then the original signal gets a delay along
with the reverb, which I don't think you want. Makes sense?

I'm using a send and adding a delay FX ahead of the MConvolution seems to solve the problem. Thanks. sirmonkey.
