Sample Import issue

Hello there
Is there an issue with sample import in latest update? Whenever I import a sample and switch everything off as in the tutorial, the sample still sounds effected and not the same as the original sample.
Not sure if I’m missing something but followed the sample import tutorial and issue persists!

drumcomputer converts samples to either wavetables or resynth tables.
currently playing back a sample is not part of the game. still, I hear you and will implement sample playback (still needs to be evaluated) if possible look out for dc 1.2 best rico
