Thanks for the quick video, Chandler!

Unfortunately for this kind of plugin your audio dropouts are getting very annoying, though. :(

OBS and DAWs don't play together well. I'm planning on getting a new computer in a few weeks, so they should be gone soon.

Ah you mean on your site, okay. I was shortly before writing that OBS + DAW do work well here on my end. Good luck with your new system then! :)

When doing screen recording I switch over to the MME/Wasapi drivers. This allows OBS to record the audio "from the desktop". Never had stutter or other issues doing it this way. Only downside is losing my sweet low latency ASIO driver

Hehe, I can route my RME Babyface with TotalMix FX to route the output audio to different inputs etc. And I also can stay on the ASIO driver while recording my DAW (at least it worked with FL Studio - recently I switched to Reaper ... did not test it there... but I assume it will be equally smooth, since Reaper really seems CPU optimized  )

The problem I've had is that I don't have a video card, so my CPU is doing audio and recording video at the same time. However that problem should be over soon, I ordered a new computer, so hopefully that will sort everything out.

Regarding OBS + DAW. Isnt it possible to use a virtual soundcard like ddmf’s virtualstream? This way you should be able to preserve low latency asio, I think?

Nicolai :)

ps. I am in no way affiliated with ddmf. I do have licenses to other of his products.
