Set all to style/size at once?

I'm sure there's meant to be a way to do this but I keep trying and it's not working. There's a button which says set to default and another that says set to default settings - I tried both after setting to the style I wanted in one but it still only applies to that one.

Thanks - that's not obvious - why not just add a default for all button? In fact what is the point of the default button otherwise, I assumed it was default for all because you would have already set that style for the plugin itself.

OK tried CTRL, ALT and CMD with click but none are working on my Mac - I still have to set each up individually which is a pain since I've just installed the whole bundle from scratch on a new Mac.

Try this:
1. CTRL and click "Default style" to set all plugins to the standard style.
2. Open 1 plugin and load the style that you want.
3. Click "Select current style as default" to set this style to all plugins.

Thanks that worked, although on Mac it does appear to be CMD not CTRL that does the trick.
