something strange happens in an edit. Playback is perfectly normal but when I render or export, the notes in one track get stuck (play continously). I remember I had this a while ago with another edit and other plug.
Any idea why this happens?

Yes, same thing happens to me with hqfreepiano in sampletank.
A question - do the hung notes occur on tracks that have `sustain/hold pedal controller info on them? I only ask because the hung notes only happen on my piano track for zhich I use a sustain pedal .
A work around that seems to do the trick is to select all clips and advance them by one measure (so the song begins at bar 2), then render. Works for me.
Cheers

Not sure this would help but I had similar problems.
If you use the sustain pedal anywhere in the recorded midi and then you start editing that midi track all kind of weired things can happen.
Sometimes when I record a riff and I want to use with with a different instrument I will copy the midi notes and paste them on a different track, but if the original track had sustain pedal in it things will usually get messed up and result in hanging notes.

thanks simon,
work-around did the job. I didn't use any sustain pedal stuff, though.

Glad it worked. BTW, what plug in did the hung notes occur with - for me it's always the sampletank free HQpiano (which I really like)
