You can do fun things with the Audio to Modulation converter. Take a noise generator, run it through an Audio to Modulation Converter, run that through a Modulation Sample and Hold, use that to drive the value of a MIDI Controller Generator, setting that up as you please. (The Sample and Hold needs a MIDI Input to trigger it.)


Then add a modulation mapper to control the range.
The wobble generator might be quicker, though - it's also got the control for range built in.
You can use modulation to drive the Parameter Event generator and then use that to drive that value of another module's parameter. I've routed the effect to Key Tracking just to show it, here:
