Q: MXXX and the Ratio modules

In MXXX, we have 5 different Ratio modules.
Can someone explain what each one does and how they differ?
And the Mode graph is, for me, far too big for the amount of information that it conveys.

Ratio takes 2 inputs and turns them into 1 output.
This is different from the mixer as it allows you to crossfade between the 2 inputs without changing the level (depending on which shape you use), so it is great if you want to automate it or use it as a dry/wet.
Ratio splitter is the opposite, it takes 1 input and splits it into 2 outputs.
Ratio multi let's you choose the number of inputs and crossfades between them in order.
But you mentioned 5, I only remember 3. I'm not at my computer, what are the other 2 called?

Ratio by input modulates the crossover by the sidechain volume, just like a level follower.
RatioMB is simple ratio but in Meldas multiband setup.

Okay, let me take a shot at breaking them all down:
Ratio
Two inputs (main and side chain), a single output. Is used to blend between the two inputs. 0% = just the main input, 100% = just the side chain input, 50% = an even split between main and side inputs, with the volume being the middle point in the graph. Changing the 'mode' changes how the blend transitions.
RatioMB
Two inputs again, but this one is multiband (the usual 'up to 6 bands' Melda crossover), again with a single output. Use this to blend between the two inputs but with different ratios for each band, e.g. high frequencies can have 75% main input, 25% side chain, low frequencies can have something different. Obviously Melda's crossover is super powerful so this doesn't have to be restricted to being a frequency based crossover.
RatioMulti
This one has MULTIPLE inputs, rather than just two, but still only one output and is single band. The blend works with the two inputs closest to the ratio value, e.g. with 4 inputs the area around 25% will blend inputs 1 and 2, 50% blends 2 and 3, 75% blends 3 and 4. Use this to blend between multiple inputs, however it will only blend into adjacent inputs (e.g. 1>2... not 1>4)
RatioByInput
The same as Ratio (single band ratio between main and side chain inputs), but there is a third input. This is used as a modifier to control the ratio setting, any signal sent to this third input will be added to the current ratio control to give the actual ratio setting. The most obvious example is putting an LFO into this input. I believe it is hoping for inputs of -1 to +1 as the ratio value goes from 0 to 1. So, think of the third input more of a data input than a audio signal input. I can't think of any obvious use cases of this module, but it's most likely used when you want to control the ratio with a signal that is used elsewhere... if you just wanted to LFO the ratio, you'd probably just use a Modulator as usual.

1 input, 2 outputs. Think of this as an 'inverse Ratio'. The outputs are determined by the ratio control, so 0% would be everything going to output 1, 100% would be everthing going to output 2, 50% would be the signal going evenly between outs 1 and 2 (the volume would be determined by the 'mode' control as usual).

Thank you vectorwarrior, that makes sense. Perhaps Vojtech can include that into the Info.
Also, a couple of suggestions:
