Yep, but the more detailed background has to wait until we can speak about it. We hope, before Q2 2021 (sic!)Breach The Sky wrote: Fri Feb 28, 2020 10:21 am Personally, I'm eager to hear more about this "secret", reasonable soonish (?), Hive update thing. Improved filters was it? I love filters..
It's climbing up on our ever growing todo list. I think we need to finally figure out if we want some kind of service center and whether or not it's optional. It's a complex issue.colibri wrote: Mon Mar 02, 2020 10:08 am Hello Urs,
This probably has been asked before - so apologies for repeating the request: can we have a built-in update function? So at least the convenience of hitting a button "check for updates now", and if any, be pointed to the download link right away?
Thanks. I'd prefer a rather simple, not too "intrusive" solution like the one I outlined above. Not another service (center) running in the background please...Urs wrote: Mon Mar 02, 2020 10:15 amIt's climbing up on our ever growing todo list. We would naturally make it least intrusive possible. But it's very likely to come as a convenience option which would e.g. also include uninstallers (I know, who needs those, right?)colibri wrote: Mon Mar 02, 2020 10:27 amThanks. The upcoming HZ movie score will be Dune, but that is a different synth....EvilDragon wrote: Mon Mar 02, 2020 10:53 am
