Part of the problem is that a lot of what makes up that list is third-party Kontakt. So even if NI did put in the time and money to do such a thing, they'd likely not be able to coordinate with all the developers to get all the libraries working. Just guessing, but wouldn't it be a lot easier to update Kontakt to just white-list the libraries?
