Well your advice came about an hour after I made the sale even if it is good advice in general. I'm going to cross my fingers and hopefully he's straight up. I'm not as concerned about it as I may have been with a different sale because it's going through u-he and they'd be the ones providing the license so I guess they'd be the place to go for tangible proof that he got what he paid for.

I apologize for giving wrong information. I thought Friends and Family was the version that can't be disputed. One thing we do is mail invoices to customers and then upload tracking to PayPal. Then the proof of delivery will serve as third party documentation. Doing this has worked more often than not for us.

I always thought that was the safest for sellers as well. So people can do a charge back with friends and family then you have no recourse?

Has anyone successfully got this to show up in their products page? Every time I try to purchase it, it goes into my cart, the cart reads $0.00, then I purchase it and it tells me to go find it on my products page. Except it doesn't. It shows up back in my cart unpurchased. I've gone around a few times on this and it's driving me bonkers. Please tell me it's not just me...

It's not just you.
...I even had a hard time just registering an account there.
Either their server can't handle all the traffic caused by the freeby or their IT team/programmers suck.

Checked back hours later and it did eventually show up in my account. Slow indeed, but it DID work. So if your in the same situation, hang in there. Thanks to all that replied.
