This synth edit plugin is violating license agreements for at least CK modules and should get a take down request.. Who ever bought this should get there money back because it is basically as bad as buying pirated software!

Did you forward these concerns to the developer and got a response? Don’t know if anyone here could do anything about itDavidson A & M wrote: Sun Mar 15, 2020 5:07 pm This synth edit plugin is violating license agreements for at least CK modules and should get a take down request.. Considering that they became freeware and even then now is long gone. You can no longer get the plugins as far as I know. All links are deadDavidson A & M wrote: Sun Mar 15, 2020 5:07 pm This synth edit plugin is violating license agreements for at least CK modules and should get a take down request.. But every time i open it it resets my xp
Seems that it is set to A natural minor/C major scale and generates the notes that belong to it. If you play some melody in A min it generates some reasonable chord progression, in other keys (e.g. F min) it plays complete nonsence.adamtrance wrote: Sun Mar 15, 2020 2:30 pm As far as I can tell there is nothing intelligent about it, it just generates few more static midi notes if you press one key. To me "intelligent" would mean it changes chords and scales in a musical and complex way.
Must be some way to define a root note and a scale (otherwise it would be basically useless) but I haven't found it yet
Yes, the gui layout is quite bizarre, lots of unnecessary menu diving, the basic functions are hidden somewhere. That aminated "guide me" nonsence is useless "here is the oscillator section, here is the filter section..." who would have guessed loladamtrance wrote: Sun Mar 15, 2020 2:30 pmThis is the problem with Genesis, so many options are buried deep in different menus. You have to move the semitone controls for the menu to appear, and enable "Auto Chord".laz wrote: Sun Mar 15, 2020 2:12 pm I'm trying to figure out where the INTELLIGENT CHORD MODE is. Can anybody tell me?
At that, some of the factory presets do actually sound decent.

"the first preset is the best preset I have ever heard"

In my book basically any synth where you can at least select an oscillator waveform is a nexus killer.

He gets a chance when he passes school, but I'm afraid we'll be flooded with more of this now that all the kids have to stay home.SampleScience wrote: Sun Mar 15, 2020 9:14 pm
