I asked a 30 days free trial in my Tracktion account
Install Waveform but still in demo mode but waveform pop up says it is unlocked
insert SH101 plugin : freeze, force quit Waveform
whan I close toneboosters plugins window : full level audio glitches
could not find new arpegiator and chord plugin

fed up => uninstall Waveform :x

There was a thread about the 30-day trials here: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=541542&sid=023cfad ... b9904dd3ca
We're working on it.

Some more information about what OS you're running on would be useful for us to help with the issues.

Without being able to unlock the trial, you won't have access to the Pro features which include the arpeggiator and chord plugins.

OK,

El Capitan

30-day trials should now unlock all the features.

Great, that narrows it down a tiny bit. I'm on Catalina at the moment but I hope that's not the problem.
I've grabbed the Toneboosters demos, added the EQ_v4 VST to a track, opened and closed the window half a dozen times. No problems.
Tried the above with the AU and then VST3 version of the plugin, still no problems.
Went to the "Plugins" settings page and enabled "Sandboxing", then repeated the above with all three plugins types, still no audio glitches.

If anyone else can replicate this issue, perhaps they could provide a few more steps so I can try and replicate it my end?

thanks, I'm calm now :hihi:
Audio glitches happens with Ferox 3 and busscompressor 3
I will register the 30 days trial, give it another try and post the result.

Finally register for trial is OK this morning.
audio glitches happens with ferox plugin after the drive knob was ajusted.

Crash to desktop with Spire plugin when recording filter cutoff automation with midi controler.
Waveform restarted and in preference choice plugins sandboxing.

result : as soon as I ticked sandboxing : kind of kernel panic mac crashed, white screen and reboot. :o
Note my mac is rock solid and has never crashed for years, first time I encounter this issue.
I make day long session sometimes with 30 plugins with other DAWs and it rarelly crashes, perhaps to desktop but never kernel panic.

There is a problem

That's very odd, it shouldn't be possible for a user-space feature like this to cause a kernel panic. Usually that would mean a problem with something that runs in the kernel such as an audio or video driver.
Do you have a log file you could send us so I can check our reports and see if there's anything obvious happening?

If you can send one over I'll check the logs for the other crashes you mentioned. We are obviously keen to fix any issues.

I just sent you a request by PM for your mail address to sent the full crash logs.

I accept that I'm on an old computer, so I'm ok with not using the sandboxing, but I'm also on El Capitan and when I turn on the sandboxing after a bit my computer will shut off completely and restart.

same here on Imac El Capitan

Thanks for reporting. That does sound odd, I've had it running for months on Mojave and Catalina with no problems. Sounds like it might be specific to El Capitan.

I'll see if I can get a copy to test on.
