Atlas us currently on sale for 49% and the devs boast about an upcoming update. XLN Audio XO seem to be more advanced both technically and visually. Do you have any opinion and experiences to guide me?

You’re pretty spot on considering where Atlas is currently at. Did he say if there are going to be any features added that aren’t in XO? Also, XLN doesn’t usually add features to their products.

I can't really tell.
This is from their mailing list for 1.4.4:
Relocating missing drum kit samples
Set map to load on startup
Bug fix for missing resize handle in some DAWs
Memory and performance improvements
Minor bug fixes

Sorry for the double post but the dev said on facebook (I think) that there is a major update coming in a couple of months.

My 2 cents: I only demoed Atlas, but I think it's a great plugin. The only drawbacks to me are that you have to zoom in to see all the samples and that the samples included with XO seem to be better quality (if you have all the samples you need on your computer already, this may not matter to you).

Thanks. Hard to check but I accept it as true or you. (pretty cool considering mdstudio might know what "he's" talking about)mdstudio wrote: Sun Mar 22, 2020 10:02 pm My 2 cents: I only demoed Atlas, but I think it's a great plugin. Thanks so much for the reply, I'll dm you if I decide to go aheadUncle E wrote: Sun Mar 22, 2020 9:09 pmFor us, take 15% off the Waves price, plus another 10% off for the YNY23 coupon. It’ll be $82.62. Koby will be able to do the same price and he can get Waves upgrades faster than I can (I think he’s able to get it directly from a dealer page whereas I have to get it from them manually).Kurdish Mayfield wrote: Sun Mar 22, 2020 8:34 pm This is great info. My question is..I see a bundle upgrade at Waves that would give me a couple of plugins I want, how would I check the price of that at Everyplugin?. Ex. 3 synths that I have would get me the Inspire Virtual Instruments bundle for $108...how do I find out that price at other retailers?

Necro - but I searched for gullfoss and found this.Uncle E wrote: Sun Mar 01, 2020 11:17 pm
Thanks! That's interesting. I think someone said in this thread that Gullfoss's intelligent EQ'ing is basically based on a pink noise curve. Since reading that, I've been using the Ozone EQ with matching turned on, targeting a pink noise curve. That gives me really nice results.
I've found something that works extremely similar to what gullfoss does in "tame" mode, Ozone's Spectral Shaper.
In some cases, it even produces better results, but it sounds very similar in the way it knocks out resonances, except it has more flexibility.

For AudioDeluxe, there is an option to request custom upgrade price through a form. I think you can see it on the header, probably once you log in. For EveryPlugin, you need to email them.
I think JRR Shop is the easiest in this regard.
However, in my experience, AudioDeluxe delivers the serial number fastest for Waves.

Where do you join the newsletter? I have set up a user account but cannot find any newsletter to subscribe to, nor have I received a discount code.SolarAxix wrote: Sun Mar 22, 2020 6:43 pm Anyone looking at getting Sonic Academy's ANA 2 Synth vi, you can apply the 10% discount promo code for joining the newsletter which will bring the price down to £44.10.
