Touch Input (IPad)

What iPad do you have? If it's a recent one you can use Apple's built-in Sidecar feature.
If not, you can use a 3rd party solution like Duet Display https://www.duetdisplay.com/.
As far as I'm aware, with Sidecar, you can't use your finger for touch input, you have to use Apple Pencil. Finger touch input should work with Duet Display though.

Sould duetdisplay be installed on Ipad or on Mac ?

It's a 3rd party paid-for iPad app that also needs an app installed on your Mac. The website I linked to should have example videos of how to set it up.
