Added latency question

Hi all!
Please, could someone clear things out for me?
Is that true, when I add send or use rack on several tracks (drums are good example), I get an extra portion of latency? In fact I get two times of the basic latency set up in my soundcard.
Am I right?

If you have a Rack instance on multiple tracks you'll get a single block of latency added, the same if you use an aux send/receive pair.

You can see how much latency each plugin is adding by clicking the resource monitor in the top-right (the CPU usage meter).

Thank you. That's what I thought. It's the same extra block as in the soundcard setup.
