Hi,

It's important to me

no one knows how to appoint
keyboard combination?!
for quantization midi notes or to do export?
Very strange that this is not possible :)
plus:
i have 5 audio tracks
I specify to export all individually or only
selected audio or midi tracks - exported to me by one general
here is the error or i have set up incorrectly
Thanks

There isn't currently a keyboard shortcut to do quantise MIDI notes I'm afraid. I'll add it to our list when we get a chance though.

When you export, there is an option to "Render each track to a separate file" which I think will do what you need?

Thank dRowAudio,
Finally, I already know that there is none...)))
o write the script?
export = when all midi or wave tracks are separate and not submix folder then they work correctly
and when I put all the tracks in one submix folder
I only export one track and not all of them individually - as I specify.
This is very uncomfortable for me and I have to think how to do it differently
because i only keep analyser on the master track
while on the submix track all mastering vst
so when i need steem i can't get them alone

With "Render each track to a separate file" enabled), what about the following:
[1] If you render individual tracks from within a submix, would you expect those tracks to contain the plugins on the submix or not?

[2] And then if you render a submix track individually, would you expect it to contain all the tracks or just render an empty track?

[3] And then if you selected a submix track and a track contained within it, what would you expect the "Render each track to a separate file" to contain?

I don't know what the right behaviour is in these cases so it's impossible to implement.

Hi dRowAudio,
strange how export works))) there should be more menu options and in the menu should have a track selection.)
(1) if the folder contains is vst, export all tracks = sum, if there is no vst or Level Meter in the folder, export all in individual tracks its good.
(2) depends on the option, in one case empty track))
(3)will be the sum of the tracks))
When a lot is audio exporto requires a keyboard combination) - and again there is no choice :)
I need a script or something for work with keyboard )) not just with the mouse slow work))

Thank.

I don't think those heuristics cover all the basis though.
I'm reluctant to add more options as that makes the already complex rendering process more complicated and it's difficult to articulate what these options would actually do.

[1] I don't really like the idea of relying on whether a submix track has a VST plugin in it or not to change the behaviour of exporting. That's very nuanced behaviour and would be difficult for someone to guess what's going on.
What if the only plugin is a volume/pan plugin? Should this be included in the contained track renders? I'm not convinced.
I think what needs to happen is the render happens for each track as-if it was selected individually. Which brings us on to the other points.

[2] I think rendering a submix track on its own should really produce silence as you would expect some source track to be included. However, if this will only ever produce silence, then perhaps it makes sense to simply include all the contained tracks...
This first behaviour would make it impossible to "Render each track to a separate file" and render a submix with its contents, the second allows this.

[3] I think in this situation I would expect the submix track to render with all of the contained track, regardless of their selection status then each of the contained tracks to be rendered based on the conclusion to [1] which I still don't have a clear answer for.
I really don't like the idea of adding a "When rendering tracks inside submix tracks, include the submix track" option.

Thank you very much for your detailed reply!
I understood your ideas, it is not easy.
think you are smart and will find a good way,
I will also find ways to organize my work.
with Waveform Pro - sounds powerful.
  must be an amazing job.
