Good to know. I thoung I was too stupid to be using this software (well, I still might be...)Googly Smythe wrote: Thu Mar 26, 2020 3:38 pm DaVinci Resolve is the worst interface I've ever come across - a Windows program that ignores every single Windows program convention, presumably because the developers know better. Obscure icons scattered seemingly at random, no tooltips, Backspace key to delete, simple functions nigh on impossible to find without resource to the (actually quite good) manual, &tc, &tc. Most of the learning curve with this program is simply trying to figure out the chaotic and arcane interface.
Fl Studio user-interface is the worst of any program

Actually what's wrong with spending $900 on a DAW that's coming with all the bells & whistles - and there's a LOT of it - and VST versions of all the plugins and free lifetime upgrades? It's a good deal if someone can afford such a one-off expenditure.statue wrote: Thu Mar 26, 2020 4:47 pm...but not if you spent 900 dollars, because that means you are dum-dum...

I thought quick draw/slice addressed most of feature requests in that regard?

Looks nice that, vertical and horizontal "draw multiple notes by dragging" shown there. Reason introduces this in 11 and horizontal only draw only and they didn't include the drag along feature for muting notes to coincide.

If I could afford a commercial DAW, I would definitely buy FL Studio because it is so darn easy to create individual loops then to put them together in the song editor. I wish all DAWs had this ability.
