Arachnid sounds great! However, I'm logged in and licensed for BioTek2, but the checkout page says "NOTICE: This upgrade license requires a previous version. Either login to your account, or remove this item to proceed with checkout.", and the purchase button says "Upgrade Not Valid".

I have the same problem. I'm logged in but the shopping page thinks I am not.

Nope - tried on two different browsers, and still get the same message. The checkout page shows me as logged in (I can't add Arachnid to my cart without being logged in), but still can't purchase.

Now I can buy Waveform upgrade, but no Arachnid... and I have Biotek 2.

Can I double check what the problem is please? If you have BioTek 2, you should just be able Arachnid expansion pack at the $35 sale price?

I include Arachnid in the shopping cart, but I got a message:
NOTICE: This upgrade license requires a previous version. Either login to your account, or remove this item to proceed with checkout.
And the "Proceed to Checkout" button change to "This Upgrade is not Valid"

If you purchased BioTek 2 via one of the Extreme/Ultimate packs, then you should be able to complete your Arachnid purchase now.

Success, though not straightforward - I was signed in, but was asked to sign in again at least once, and the button to add the item to my cart remained inactive for a while, but it eventually activated and I was able to make the purchase.

I think I'm having the same issue. I had purchased Tracktion Waveform 8 Ultimate Pack a while back and I have a licensed & working Biotek 2 (I'm using it right now; I've kept upgrading Waveform itself), but the tracktion.com shop says "Upgrade Not Valid". What's up with that?

Why is it so difficult to buy arachnid? Ive read the kvr forum here, but I did not purchase some waveform super bundle to get arachnid. I only have attracktive and I am interested in arachnid. The demo sounds sound cool. Make it happen for ordinary users. Many thanks!
