Other than delay and arp what causes a note to repeat in SM 2.9?

I'm trying to stop the DR DubStepper UK preset from repeating. Arp is off. Delay is off. Unrelated to project tempo it keeps repeating when note is held down.

seems the patch uses the DUB SNR waveform. Using an init patch and setting the waveform to that also makes it repeat so I'm guessing it's because it is not single-cycle. If you want it to only run once, you'd have to lower the sustain and have no release in the amp envelope
