Hello,

I purchased Mulab last week and received an initial user key, I think I'm supposed to get my personal user key a few days later, but it hasn't shown up yet. It's not a massive deal if it takes some time, just wondered what's the usual waiting period?

Please rest assured that your initial user key will work fine until your personal M8 user key has been emailed, which will be very soon now.
