The (potential) issue I see there is that the OP is using JBridge to host that. JBridge has a long history of bugs and features not working.

What makes this hard (for me) is that almost all of my VSTs resize and Mulab handles them all well. I've never had a resizeable VST not render correctly in Mulab. UVI Falcon, Synthmaster 2, Synthmaster One, MSoundFactory, MXXX, Reaktor, KV Element, and TDR Nova all work fine.

I wonder if OP is bridging all their VSTs? If so, that could be the culprit. Personally, and I know this can be a sore spot/controversial, I'd recommend going full 64 bit. All my tools are 64bit now days and I have no desire to return to 32 bit. That new Genesis VST boggles my mind with it's 32bit only release, but it also offers nothing new that my current tools don't have/can't do.

He uses JBridge?! If so, yes, that might be the reason.
Maybe it screws up those resize commands mentioned.

What I also noticed on the Roland screenshots is that Mulab does not seem to display the current preset. I have never seen that display empty, I think.

Missed that, sorry.

As far as i see i think these are plug specific resize issues, maybe caused by using jbridge, maybe something else. In the next M8 version i've added a log line for each time a VST properly requests to resize its editor window. Maybe that will help in diagnosing the issue.

First screenshot shows the JBridge panel at the bottom of the VST window. We'll have to see what the OP says regarding this. If they're all bridged then yes, maybe it's JBridge. If not, then it may be another issue. Need the OP to determine this.

I didn't tried luxonix because i haven't it.
The plugin Roland jv 1080 is in 64 bits and doesn't need bridge.
Well, I use a lot of 32 bits plugins because, unfortunately, they don't exist in 64 bits and have no equivalent in 64 bits. Otherwise, I will not bother with a bridge
But the problem still remains with a 64 bits plugin (the roland for example).

Besides the roland, which other 64 bit plugin(s) ?

Well actually, I don't know. I haven't tried every 64 bit vst in my toy chest on this.
Not all vsts are developable and sorting out those that are and those that are not would take some time.
The fact that some are not developable is not a big deal.
It's just that it begs the question and I thought that maybe someone would have the solution.
Maybe one day, who knows?

Is this repeatable with another Windows VST that is non-Roland and is freeware or has a demo-version?
What a strange and short end for a subject concerning (imho) some major VSTis like a software version of the famous TB-303...
Since it is about Roland products, have you considered trying to reproduce the problem with these instruments themselves? Roland Cloud proposes a 30 days free trial for them...
