What do I need for the monthly plan?

Every time I click the paypal button it just says "Your transaction cannot be completed. Please return to the merchant.". I have my credit card, and bank account set up on the account.. so I don't know why they won't take my money. Anyone else have any ideas? I contacted them but they couldn't help me.

Hi,
It seems your payment was denied by either PayPal or your bank. The billing agreement is automatically cancelled if the initial payment fails.
Please note that PayPal may require a valid credit card being linked to your PayPal account. Make sure your card is entered correctly, set as the primary card in your PayPal account and that is has not expired and has not exceeded any limit. Also make sure that the full and correct billing address is provided and that the correct card type is listed (debit/credit).
If you keep having problems, please contact PayPal customer service for further help on why exactly your payment fails.
