any plans for GRANULAR synth? Alchemy contender?

hi u-he!

there are not many companies/devs i trust anymore. and after so many years there are still not really products matching ease of use, low cpu, a not f**ked up cp (Avenger ahahha) etc.

i miss a lot alchemy with the great XY pads, the great granular engine and also the many options in granular synthesis compined with all the synth capabilities and sampling.

for me im mostly interested only in granular and sampling functions, will you maybe add to Zebra 3 granular synthesis as complex as Alchemy or might even consider doing a granular/sampler synth?

there are many products already out but each one has some really nasty annoyances:

Padshop - the gui is a joke, small, typical steinberg annyoances like too many clicks for hidden tabs etc. not as many modulation ease etc.

Avenger - a workhorse and normally my dream but a CPU hog, the cp is just bad so far ....

Alchemy 1 - old and not trustable, no support and many annoyances, no drag and drop

Alchemy 2 - MAC only, enough said

The Mangle - no support

so maybe a consideration as the #1 dev/company in the game! even NI played itself out. thx for reading

We surely have ideas, but we're not planning anything beyond updates of our current product line at this point of time, none of which being anything particularly granular.

I'm kind of "not a sample guy" though, so I don't really see the appeal of anything sample based. Mind you, I said the same about wavetables and look at what we did in Hive.

Zebra with a fully featured sample module would be......desirable. Especially if granular too.
