Hi, :D

just because I definitely don't want to reinvent the wheel I would ask ... do we have such a device like this?

I no need saving and other fancy things just want to morph between different macro states, does it possible it Bitwig, has somebody created such a device already ?

I've started to create a proof-of-conecpt device with one knob and two x/y container(with the usually dc-offset, audio-rate mods) so it viavable just would be highly PITA to create the whole device ... this is why I'm asking ...

I know about x/y devices and selector ones just don't want to multiply the target devices ... so one macro to multiple targets would be the goal (as on the video)

I want this too. But I disagree on the saving part. That's essential, otherwise it's a bit of a mess to set up.

Create a setting, save snapshot, next, next, go!

So many sound design possibilities would open up.

sure, but that part would need developers ... :)

yepp, it's superbly useful in Reason too, this why I'm started to think on it

created a four knobs version have fun (each knob has four-state, based on the possibilities of x/y device)

can be extended it freely :D

it's based on the usually dc-offset <> audio rate mod sidechaining so working with multiple devices and between tracks too, any number of device can be used

don't want to be a misunderstood genius :D so the plan ... simply should drop the side-chained audio rate mods from the receiver to the target device(s) and set the parameters to their marginal values and voilá u can morph between them ...

enjoy :)

Fantastic work! Thanks for sharing! (Runs off to see how that Reason device works too)

Cool workaround. I am also looking for Bitwig to add something like the Reason morpher, which is kind of like Kore did it as well. My issue with the way you set it up is that you can't modify the original parameters and still be able to go quickly to one of the saved states, since the modulation is relative so would not pull the parameter to an absolute position. This is why I like things that use program change like the Newsonicarts Freestyle method I outlined in a different thread. Freestyle doesn't have the morphing capability yet though, but will soon. This tool that you made is great for when you just want to control parameters all at once and not the originals. I'm really hoping Bitwig comes up with a tool or system allowing both instant recall of a snapshot, regardless of how you have tweaked the parameters, and also allows morphing between snapshots.
