My old iMac is over 10 years old and dying (monitor is getting bad). I will get a new iMac in a week or two. I own the following u-he software: Zebra, ZebraHZ, Diva, Hive 2, Presswerk, and Repro; also have some demo u-he software I use occasionally. What is the easiest way to get the purchased u-he software in the future iMac, with the licenses working? After I do that, will the u-he software still work in my old computer, or do the licenses expire?

The licenses are afaik valid for you for life unless you sell them on any computer you use.
They are all serial numbers so you can manually enter them. That being said they are stored as files on your hard drive which aren't hard to copy over.
Or you can do what I always have done. Use Migration Assistant.

The licenses are tied to the user (you), so you can install them on all your computers, they won't expire on one Mac if you activate them on another Mac.
And if you need your licenses, you can request a license email here: https://u-he.com/my-licenses/.

If you do a simple migration from your old iMac or from your TM backup, it will be authorized already, as it will find its license files where they should be...
