This is an interesting question but in more general terms. Can one use all plugins/addons that one has bought from Traction for Waveform version X, in Waveform versions X+1, X+2, X+3 etc, and how does the free vs payware figure out here?
There is also the question that can they be used in other DAWs too?

I don't record any instruments live, I construct my music.

Yes you can, as long as they are separate VST plugins and not internal to the DAW program.

All the vsts included in Waveform 9 pro works everywhere (even Melodyne).
Autotune Access vst, included with Waveform 10 pro, can be used in Waveform 11 free... but not in other DAW.

The pro features must be internal to the DAW, not vst plugins, thus not transferable, I think.

Melodyne is a yes, I believe, as it's a registered VST but Collective is an internal Waveform plugin and not a VST. Collective doesn't come with W11 Free, but 4OSC does.
