FR: Adding Rack Names

One annoying situation I have run into many times is trying to modulate an insert effect used in a rack, like a channel strip, that I sooner or later realized was on the wrong rack! I sometimes tend to use the same effect across several racks/tracks and sometimes have several displayed in edit position, but can't remember which Rack/Track to which they are inserted, since they are identical in Title.

I would like to have the Rack/Track Name added to the plugin Title in order to definitively tell my lame brain which Insert Effect I am working with. It is not much of a problem with Instrument plugins, but would also help there as well. Seems like there is plenty of room in the Title area for this to take place.

Just though that this would be a really easy mod to do that would save me a lot of frustration now and then. Maybe others have encountered this situation as well.

I realize that the option to 'Rename' the effect will accomplish my goal, but the Rename I would use would most likely be the same name as I used for this track and is therefore a redundant effort, that I will seldom take.

One way is to type your rack name into the Program Name field. It stays there through the session and each instance can have a different name. It gets the job done.
