Hello,
I have decided to try Waveform Free after Ardour on Linux and downloaded install package (Free) from website. At first start it requested username and password (previously I used Traction 7 and have existing account)
and now installed application says "Waveform Version 11.0.24 (Built: 25 March 2020) (64-bit)
Waveform Pro: registered to ***my_email.com***"
Does it mean I am using Pro with 90days trial? If yes, how can I get back to Free version because I wanted to try that one.
One more question: I have accidentally closed Projects tab within application. How can I reopen it?

At least Waveform Free users can you please share your version information from Menu -> Help -> About window?

Can you grab the latest beta from the "BETA" button in your tracktion.com downloads and install that please?
I think this is just a textual error that is reporting the wrong version in the about box.
If you're on a trial it should say so and how many days you have left.

I guess you mean download manager? I can see "Beta" only in download manager box (which I haven't used) within my downloads.
Possibly I have the Pro version without purchase by a lucky mistake
Let's check functionalities which Pro contains only (most of them I don't really know):
- Customize layouts: I can move only browser pane from right to left or top.
- Quick Actions: not sure what is it.
- Customisable Actions Panel: same
- Arranger Track: I can activate it and insert new arranger clip (not sure how to use
- Edit Groups: I can click Groups -> Add new group and choose Editing, Muting, Pan etc..
- Track Editor: not sure what is it, I can edit midi notes and fade audio tracks etc,
- Modifiers: Modifier button is active on the top right but I can not add to track
- Plugin Faceplates: I can click on plugin -> Click faceplates -> Unlock faceplate edit mode
- Chord Track: I can activate it
- Plugin Macros: I can see Macro parameters on plugin edit page
- Video playback using Jadeo: not sure.
Based on this It seems I am using Pro..

Installer is the same for both Free and Pro?
mine is: waveform_64bit_v11.0.24.deb (48Mb)

Hmm, I'm not sure exactly what's going on without a bit more detail.
I just did some tests registering for Waveform Free with a new account and it only unlocked "Free".
Can you perhaps email support@tracktion.com and let us know your tracktion.com registered email so we can check what licences you should have in your account please?

According to support guy I have started Pro 90 days trial (I am not sure its true, application still shows "Waveform Pro registered" and doesn't show remaining time).
I still don't know what was wrong with my instalation or login, anyway I asked my account to be reset and go back to free.
I am waiting for account reset, after that let's see reinstallation if things goes the same way or not...
