Thanks for reply but Propellerheads are not as they used to be. I will nevertheless keep in mind your VST for the time when I will change to a better DAW. Happy Easter

I am running the plugin on ubuntu linux 19.10, with bitwig as a host. The sound is just amazing, and it seems to me that the overall latency is almost unaffected (will double check, is this expected? I thought it would have some impact). But it glitches a bit every now and then (I thought those were buffer overruns but checked and they aren't). Do you know already or what detail can I provide?
Are there pre-made presets somewhere?
Also: is this plugin free, or do you plan to set a price after the beta testing? What's a reasonable estimate? I like the plugin a lot since it's very easy to produce good sounds with it.

Do you have a DAW? You know you can add that easily without cost or effort?Apratim wrote: Thu Apr 16, 2020 6:15 am feature request : is it possible to add a basic plate/hall reverb ?? would be useful for drone sounds
I am glad that it is not bloated with fx nobody needs, as we have enough of them at hand anyway...

Hmm no I don't know about any glitches - any particular situations when they happen, or just at random? Feel free to send me a wavefile with any glitches in it. Maybe it can provide some more insight. You can find all contact info on www.thewavewarden.com/bugvincenzoml wrote: Thu Apr 16, 2020 11:28 am But it glitches a bit every now and then (I thought those were buffer overruns but checked and they aren't). Odin 2 is and will be free once released. I'll probably open source it at some point too.vincenzoml wrote: Thu Apr 16, 2020 11:28 am

No it's kind of the point of this open beta as well to collect as many user-patches as possible and release them as a preset pack. So far I received..... 1 patch

I just published an article about it. For me it looks like the unofficial Thor 2 :p

I have a few. I'm finding it hard because given the amount of waves included, presets are absurdly easy for users to create. What can I create that is remotely useful? I'm working on it anyway.TheWaveWarden wrote: Thu Apr 16, 2020 12:31 pm No it's kind of the point of this open beta as well to collect as many user-patches as possible and release them as a preset pack. Wow thanks for the exposure! I was wondering why the downloads skyrocketed today - it seems your and another blog-post made that happenMillerSam wrote: Thu Apr 16, 2020 12:42 pm I just published an article about it. For me it looks like the unofficial Thor 2 :p

If you want to you can add in that an updated version with an option for a bigger GUI will be available in a few days - This is the #1 complaint and I don't want people to get stuck with the old version because they download now.

You mean VST2? I'm sorry, the licence with Steinberg doesn't allow me to distribute VST2 anymore - only VST3, they made sure of that......biof wrote: Thu Apr 16, 2020 1:14 pm Would be very nice for Abelton/Mac users as vst3 are not supported by abelton...
I used to work in debug teams, so I'd give you good feedback haha
Peace
Anyway, Ableton 10 does support VST3, so you might consider upgrading
