Hi I'm not sure if someone already said this or not but after upgrading to 8.54 when I press play on a midi part I hear a double note for the first note... more noticeable with kick drums. Anyone else having that issue... never had that happen w/ previous versions.

Afais the kvr forum indeed doesn't support mp4 attachements. But you can zip it.

Plays normal here, no double note.

What samplerate and blocksize are you using?
Right-click cpu meter -> Audio engine stats.

If you do a Render to new part, then does the double kick is in the rendered part?
(don't forget to mute the original when checking that)

If I bounce it theres no stutter in the audio file.. but when I play it from the beginning theres still a short stutter when I first hit the space bar... odd

Odd indeed, i have no idea where that double kick comes from. Anyone else who can repeat it using the MuProject attached above?

It seems that you start playback with an external trigger, not with the mouse on the play icon, maybe with a key.
Maybe this start-trigger also triggers MuDrum.

so yes the difference is that if I click the play button via mouse at the top there is not a double note at the start.
If I use my keyboard spacebar there is.

I still cannot repeat it. Please try redownloading MuLab to a brand new folder. Do not copy your user settings, just run it straight after download, then open your test project and see if the issue is still there.
