Funny i just discovered, you can use synthesizers also for different kind of music then EDM.
You just have to add some guitars.

On the dark/minimal/drone techno tip... Mostly Bitwig devices, except for some effects (Valhalla reverb, delay), a couple samples, PunchBox for the kick, Ozone and a couple others for mastering (all in the box). Been using Bitwig since version 1 and I still can't believe what an incredible piece of software it is.

here's a chill jam, the first tune my bandmates and I have put together remotely and the first song I've completed in Bitwig.

I programmed the percussion and drums and keys in Bitwig and then we used bandlab as the remote recording studio. Once we had good stems in bandlab I yoinked them down to Bitwig for the final mix. A real easy pandemic workflow!

These might be tutorials, and long ones. I gave up after a minute of lacking explanations... If you don‘t explain what you are doing, why bother watching...
And better place them in their own thread. This thread is meant for finished music, songs and pieces...
