I see the updates in KORG Software Pass now. Must take a little while to roll out. Showing updates for MS-20, Polysix and MonoPoly so far.sprnva wrote: Mon Apr 20, 2020 6:58 am Downloaded the updates from my Korg account (don't use Software Pass here).
Polysix, MS-20, MonoPoly and Wavestation have all been updated.

I downloaded the Wavestation banks from the Korg Forum, and saw "The ultimate collection of M1 sounds for Korg Legacy Edition" also referenced there. However, the links are broken.
Does anyone have these banks by any chance, and care to share them?

Yeah, like I mentioned earlier, I got it working on my Win 7 PC (mo rocket science there).planetearth wrote: Mon Apr 20, 2020 1:47 amThe new version of the synths work just fine on my Win7 machine, in standalone mode and as VSTs.
Korg Software Pass, however, has never worked properly for me. It still says I have to download the v1.x version of the synths, but when I try to download any of them, it says it can't start the download. I had to log into the Korg ID site and download and install the v2.x versions, like some caveman. But they all look and work great, so I'm not complaining!

It's somewhat idiosyncratic, although not overly intrusive / irksome (but please, Korg, don't **** it up any more

One other thing - Cubase blacklisted the Polysix synth. I manually restored it and all seems fine, but did other Cubase 10.5 users get this?
Their first response was it didn't happen to them.
Today's response was they will pass it on to the developers.
Don't want them to think it is just me.

Good. The fact that they still are C/R means that I don't have to hassle with updates etc.
They went the same way as my N.I. stuff. Another company that won't get another penny from me.

fyi,
updates for ms20 2.0.4, monopoly 2.0.1, polysix 2.0.4 and wavestation 2.0.1
are now also available on the kog-ID download page
https://id.korg.com/users/sign_in
those are the same version numbers i had with the betas
so the AU monopoly-browserbutton-crash, wavestation wave-select-crash should be fixed
haven't tested them (final) yet myself...

Looks like I'll have to report those moving GUI parts issues in MS-20 and M/P.

they seem to be quite responsive
no gui issues on mac (hiSierra) as far as i can see
except that all of the guis have become kind of slow
but imho better slower, bigger and readable gui than tiny, faster and unreadable...

No. It's an analog synth so does not need to have one.
