We charge VAT as required, we wouldn't if we didn't have to. JamPoints are used on far more orders than not (yes, even in EU), so the majority of people ordering don't think they are a joke. Sorry that you do not care for our loyalty program or the taxes we are required to collect. Thank you for your input.axembler wrote: Mon Apr 20, 2020 5:23 pm Well you have the worst VAT system of all companies...totally unfair and your jampoints are a joke for us EU citizens.
I can never purchase anything from your site...

Thank you! that Pedalboard 2 is an amazing app! and you can save your routing patches as default in combination with system startup (you have to move shortcut to the startup folder)

Do also consider Element as a plugin chainer. It is opensourced as a pedalboard but it is still supported and developed. You can add it to the startup folder, configure it to start with the main window hidden (you can still find its icon in notification tray area) and it always starts with the previous chain loaded.

I picked up the Arc 3 today using that automatic coupon that shows up at checkout for Arc 2 license holders. Thanks. Also a word of appreciation for the Total Max 2 upgrade. I was able to get that price down by a further $42.00 USD using Jam Points on top of the crossgrade price I was offered. I wasn't expecting this and it was a nice surprise. I was going to pick up the Fender 2 packs for Amplitube but decided to get the whole Total Studio Max 2 enchilada given the price.
I have used Jam Points on hardware purchases including my Iloud Micros and Uno Drum and Synth which now give me a full Syntronik collection by registering them. Keep it up IK, I have some redundant licences now but I am not complaining. Very happy here.

Exactly. It's cheaper to buy stuff with $ in US shops. IK could lower the base price for EU customers on their site and still collect the f*ing tax.axembler wrote: Mon Apr 20, 2020 5:23 pm Well you have the worst VAT system of all companies...totally unfair and your jampoints are a joke for us EU citizens.

We add tax to the MSRP for other countries as well and as legally required, in the US the average sales tax just happens to not be highway robbery like in the EU.axembler wrote: Mon Apr 20, 2020 5:35 pm Prices go 2 times up and more when VAT and shipping is added...that's not ok, sorry.
VAT should be already included in product price like most companies do.

I'll pass along thanks to Ryan and the support/testing teams on this one - they put this together while also passing along the many requests for built-in system-wide support.the-machine wrote: Mon Apr 20, 2020 7:49 pmThank you! that Pedalboard 2 is an amazing app! and you can save your routing patches as default in combination with system startup (you have to move shortcut to the startup folder)Peter - IK Multimedia wrote: Mon Apr 20, 2020 5:08 pm We also have a tutorial on multiple tools to enable system-wide support in our FAQ. https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/index.php?id=1261

Thanks, I'm glad it worked out for you. That Total Studio 2 MAX promotion pricing is a historic low price and quite a steal. Someone from the Cakewalk forums won a copy on one of our daily (well weekday-daily, some weekends) live streams.Scotty wrote: Mon Apr 20, 2020 8:23 pm I picked up the Arc 3 today using that automatic coupon that shows up at checkout for Arc 2 license holders. Quick question regarding Jam Points: am I allowed to use them in conjunction with the €49.99 intro pricing offer for current ARC 2 owners, or is it an either/or situation?

When I bought that upgrade from ARC 2 this weekend there was no place in the order page to use jam pointsBennyG wrote: Tue Apr 21, 2020 12:54 am Quick question regarding Jam Points: am I allowed to use them in conjunction with the €49.99 intro pricing offer for current ARC 2 owners, or is it an either/or situation?

Same here, there is no place to add Jam Points.dbender wrote: Tue Apr 21, 2020 1:12 amWhen I bought that upgrade from ARC 2 this weekend there was no place in the order page to use jam pointsBennyG wrote: Tue Apr 21, 2020 12:54 am Quick question regarding Jam Points: am I allowed to use them in conjunction with the €49.99 intro pricing offer for current ARC 2 owners, or is it an either/or situation?
Also, I have another question. Is the MEMS mic the one that comes with the Iloud MTM’s?
