Unless I am missing something , it's always 4 beats per bar , 4/4
Any way to change this ?

MMetronome follows the hosts time signature in Reaper. Not in FL Studio, though. Hm. Since it works in Reaper, I'd guess wildly that FL Studio might do something .. different or even "wrong" here?
What DAW are you using?

Mmetronome's time signature is linked to the host application's time signature. If you set your host to anything other that 4/4 (let's say 7/8) Mmetronome's timesignature will automatically change. Than in Mmetronome you can set the 1/4x;1/2x;1x;2x;4x time click per your original host tempo.
In Bitwig;Reason;Reaper and Cakewalk it works perfect.
I hope it helps.

Renoise
Time signatures in renoise are not done the same way as in other hosts , in renoise it's a combination of lpb (lines per beat ) and pattern legth
So a 7/8 , with a lpb of 8 would be a patternlength of 56 , or when using 12 lpb then the pattern length would 84 etc..verry flexible
Sadly melda metronome does not recognize this .( which is understandable )
