Just checking here first to see if anyone else has had issues with Sakura (and to a lesser degree Toxic Biohazard) VST plugins in Waveform. I have found a reproducible issue with some settings that change quite noticeably after closing and re-opening an edit that includes Sakura. The settings don't change visually (knobs haven't moved), but the change in sound is drastic. I either get my eardrums blasted out or can barely hear it.
As an example, make a new edit and load Sakura. In the preset picker choose BASS -> "BAS Fender Picked FG". Add a MIDI clip and add some notes. Play it to hear how it sounds. Save and close the edit. Re-load it. TAKE OFF HEADPHONES and/or TURN DOWN MONITOR VOLUME. Play it again.
If anyone else out there uses Waveform and has Sakura I would appreciate if you could test and see if you have the same issue happening. I have tested in a few other DAWs (MULab and StudioOne) and they don't have the same problem.

Just tried various versions of Tracktion/Waveform. Tracktion T7 works fine. Waveform 9 works fine. (I don't have 8 or 10.) Looks like this is just in Waveform 11 that Sakura presets don't load right.
An edit saved by Tracktion T7 or Waveform 9 loads badly in Waveform 11. So I guess it's not the saving part, it's the loading part.
