Not at all. A company which does hardware emulations?
Behringer wouldn't really fit the bill as they're building replicas, not emulating other hardware synths. I really don't know what the OP means.

Based on some cursory research, I think the answer is Deepmind 12. System-8 and Korg's prologue are possibilities though.
