What single hardware company has products that emulate Hive 2, DIVA, Zebra 2, Repro 1/5, Bazille, ACE, and TyrellN6 ?

Why would you start a thread with the title "Who is the U-He of Hardware Synths ?

Which of U-he's synths do you like the most ? That will help you find the hardware synth you're looking for.

That doesn't help.
Maybe I am looking for a company and not a particular model. I don't know.

Diva emulates: minimoog model D, roland juno-60, roland jp-8000, ronald jupiter 6, korg ms-20.noxxle_ wrote: Thu Apr 23, 2020 12:29 am

Any of these would sound similar to diva’s modes.
Hive2: access virus ti2 I guess? Hive is not an emu tho.
Repro-1/5: sequential circuits pro one / prophet 5
Bazille: any modular system will act similarly. Go crazy, great hobby. Bazille is pretty unique tho
Ace: sinilar but smaller
Zebra2: no clue, good luck.i guess the answer is modular synthesis as well. But with wavetables and some other things

What about Teenage Engineering? Nothing about 1:1 comparisons, but they seek out their own path with unique takes on making synths.
They have a significant line up, including modular (Sys-170 / Sys-400) and then there's things like the the OP-1 and OP-Z, plus the whole Pocket Operator line.

If you like uhe synth. Why do you want to buy something else? Maybe you should consider buying a good controller. Maybe you want a hardware synth because you want to be able to tweak some actual knobs and faders?
